In addition to your workouts, each week there will be a theme that we will be focusing on, with educational content and action items:
⭐️Week 1: Connecting how stress and your mindset impacts your physical bodies (we will be focusing on de-stressing techniques and breath-work)
⭐️Week 2: Learn how sleep affects the body and how to get better sleep
⭐️Week 3: Learn how to honor your body with gentle nutrition and work through food fears (week of Thanksgiving)
⭐️Week 4: Learn how to honor your body with your mind and thoughts
⭐️Week 5: Learn how to implement rest and recovery and slow down (emphasis on recovery and mobility)
⭐️Week 6: Learn how to be kind to your body even in times of stress/change and how not to fall into old habits
